A Few Short Questions and Answers
IS THE TUTOR SESSION IN PERSON OR ONLINE?
This is dependant on each respective tutor's location and availability. We aim for both, but each student and scenario requires a custom approach. You will find this information alongside other informaation on the 'Meet the Team' page.
CAN I USE THE SESSION PASS WHENEVER I WANT AND DO THEY EXPIRE?
The session passes do not expire therefore you can use it whenever you want, within reason.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Contact our friendly staff if you require any assistance. Due to fixed billing periods, a minimum of 2 week's notice is required. We do not place lock-in contracts on the weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans.
CAN MY TUTOR HELP ME WITH HOMEWORK AND ASSIGNMENTS
Our tutors are here to help. We can guide you to the right answer but cannot do your homework and assignments for you. We are experienced in our selective fields and can help you succeed in your homework tasks and assignments.
